The Role: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Supply Chain Team in Christchurch. The Business Analyst is a vital resource providing support to the Supply Chain team and the wider Allied Petroleum business. If you have a mind-set for business improvement, and strong analytical skills, then this might be the role for you! What you will do: Work with the Sales team to generate monthly Fuels Forecast, monitor forecast accuracy and adjust as required. Liaise with fuel suppliers to understand and minimise the impact of forecast variances. Maintain cartage rates to ensure Cartage function is being charged out correctly. Work with Logistics team to ensure the cartage rates reflect the time and effort involved in performing each task. Identify improvement opportunities through Inventory and Sales analysis Work with Supply and Sales teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities Clearly communicate conclusions, analytical findings, and value-added information to internal stakeholders You will have: Experience in a medium to large size accounting software, high level of excel skills Strong analytical skills and ability to work with various types of data Ability to prioritise work and agree deadlines High level of accuracy and attention to detail with a commitment to continuous improvement Proven relationship management skills and confidence to manage 'up' where relevant to the situation Join our mailing list for exclusive job hunting tips and offers: Your information has been added to our mailing list successfully! #J-18808-Ljbffr
