About Your New EmployerWest Technology is proud to be partnering with a well-established Australian company who are launching a brand-new program as part of a joint venture consortium. This is a highly innovative industry that has significant backing from the JV Partners. The Business Analyst will shape this new role and build a legacy to ensure long-term success.
About Your New RoleReporting to the IT Program Manager under the IT Program Lead and Tech Lead, we need a proven IT Business Analyst to join the team who has previous experience in greenfield programs. You will be delivering projects in a lean team and responsible for helping set up the new IT environment, from conception to inception.
Key Tasks Include
Excellent stakeholder engagement
Support aspects of the project life cycle
Business Requirements Definition
Formulate and define systems scope and objectives
Analysis and design of business processes to meet business needs/opportunities and constraints
Impact Assessment
Validate alternative solutions and technologies for system solutions
Testing – develop and execute test plans and test cases as well as user training plans to ensure the quality of the solution and its smooth introduction
Qualifications and Experience
About YouA self-starter who has worked in a greenfield environment as a Business Analyst. An experienced Business Analyst who holds relevant qualifications (PMP, Prince2, PMBOK or similar). Demonstrable experience in working with a variety of IT infrastructures. A passion for problem-solving and working in a newly established team. Prior experience of working with Operational Technologies (OT). Substantial experience delivering greenfield IT infrastructure projects within enterprise-level organisations. Can easily build rapport with your stakeholders. Comfortable working as someone who will be helping implement ways of working that have not yet been established.
