Join the largest general insurance group in Aotearoa New Zealand and Australia as an experienced Business Analyst, aligned to our CFO division. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to develop practical, customer-focused, and commercially sound solutions across processes, products, and technology. You will provide effective business analysis throughout the project lifecycle, from problem identification to solution development, ensuring continuous improvements.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current and future states, and design solutions that resolve complex issues. Lead business requirements through IAG's Value Delivery Framework, applying Agile principles and frameworks.
