You will act as a liaison between stakeholders, management, and software development teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of key software initiatives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Analyse and define technical and functional requirementsWrite detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for software development teamsAssist with system analysis, software testing, and release processesDevelop user and functional test plans and test scriptsPerform user acceptance testingSupport software deploymentYour Fit:Experience working across gathering requirements, writing user stories, and acceptance criteriaDemonstrated experience working closely with software development teams across the full SDLCStrong understanding of software development, testing, and deployment processesStrong experience in technical writingA background in Utilities, Engineering, and/or SaaS sectors would be idealKnowledge of software testing and bug identificationExperience working in an Agile environmentRelevant Tertiary QualificationA good team player, with a positive attitude, self-confidence, and strong attention to detailIf this sounds like you, let's talk!
