Intermediate Business Analyst - DataDo you come from an analytical background and want to work for an in-house team adding value to the business by using informative data? This role could be for you. What the mahi will look likeAs an Intermediate Data Business Analyst, you will provide insights that will support commercial business decisions by consolidating data from various sources. You will contribute, lead, and present data to stakeholders using impactful insights. Some of your responsibilities will include:Utilising data, research, and analytical techniques to form a convincing narrative and make recommendations to meet business needs.Gathering requirements from various stakeholders, translating technical data to business terms, and conducting research from data resources.Creating dashboards and reports, as well as utilising workflow management systems.Skills and experience that will lead to successYou will have worked in a business analyst role for a minimum of 2 years with a focus on data, alongside analysis of sales or financial experience. A few key areas we are looking for:Ability to provide actionable insights using trend and insight analysis.Experience running requirement workshops and managing stakeholder expectations.Experience with tools such as SQL, PowerBI, and Excel.Predictive and data modelling experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.How we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
