About the role: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Analyst to join our team on a fixed-term contract ending in June 2025 with the potential to go full-time. Reporting directly to the ERP Project Manager, you will have a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of a new ERP system, ensuring that our business processes are streamlined, data is effectively used, and decision-making is informed by meaningful insights.
Day in the life: Document Business Processes: Capture and accurately document both current and future-state business processes transformed by the ERP system.Develop features and user stories: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document feature and user stories that validate the robustness of new processes.Design & Develop Dashboards and Reports: Design and specify performance-monitoring dashboards and reports. Develop these within the Epicor environment based on user requirements.Support Data-Driven Decisions: Provide data-driven analysis, particularly within operations and supply chain, to support key business decisions. About you: We're looking for a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with the ability to break down complex processes and turn data into actionable insights. You'll have:
Proven experience with ERP implementations, preferably Epicor Kinetic.BPMN 2.0 or equivalent standard modelling experience is desirable.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlinesStrong knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes.Experience using a modelling tool like Visio, Bizagi, Draw.io or similar.
