The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analysing business requirements, defining project scopes, and ensuring the successful delivery of data-driven initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for data projects.Conduct detailed analysis of existing systems, data flows, and processes to identify improvement opportunities.Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with project managers and technical teams.Develop comprehensive business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI assessments for data projects.Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit and prioritise requirements.Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models.Perform data analysis to support decision-making and validate project requirements.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.Support the implementation of data solutions and conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure objectives are met.Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data-intensive projects, preferably within large private organisations.Strong technical knowledge of data analysis, data modeling, and database management systems.Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and manipulation.Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Education and Certifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or relevant technical certifications (e.g., SQL, Python for Data Analysis) is a plus.Contracting opportunity.How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and cover letter to ******.
