Business Analyst/ Coordinator

Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Business Analyst/Coordinator to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your skills in business analysis and coordination within the financial services sector. You will be instrumental in engaging on various projects, documenting audit-related artefacts, managing resources, assisting with processes, and supporting during go-live activities.
What you'll do:
As a Business Analyst/Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of various projects. Your responsibilities will include engaging with stakeholders, documentation, following up on time sheeting, keeping project plans updated, and supporting during go-live activities. Your ability to coordinate effectively and analyse business needs will be key to your success in this role.
Various analysis and coordination tasks as requiredDocumentation requirementsCollate and document all audit related artefactsFollow up on time sheeting and management of the resources flowing on and off the projectKeep project plan on Excel in line with MS ProjectFollow up on purchase orders with vendors and invoicesAssist with collation of Steerco packs and steerco action follow up and minutesSupport during go-live activities and sign offsWhat you bring:

Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 per annum + Flexible Working Options
