About the role
This BAS Director level role provides an exciting opportunity for a challenging and rewarding career, where you will be exposed to a wide variety of client work. We are looking for someone who is qualified and is currently performing at a Senior Manager level.

You will be focused with a can-do attitude and bring a highly proactive and creative approach to providing solutions to our internal and external clients. Your experience in a similar role will be a given as will attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong computer skills, organisation and willingness to go the extra mile.

Duties & Responsibilities Oversee and take responsibility for the delivery of a "final" product to Partner for sign off.Manage client relationships and oversee a portfolio of high level clients with input from the Partner.Take a leadership role in developing staff, including graduate staff. This includes teaching and developing junior staff high quality accounting methods and processes.Assist staff with more complex issues and take a leadership role in finding solutions and achieving outcomes.Undertake higher level special work as and when required and assist partners with high end work.Provide input and assistance with any special projects that arise within your portfolio of clients.Have input in staff recruitment and the performance appraisal process.Attend prospective client meetings with the partners and assist in business development activities. 15th April, 2024 About BDO
