Te Mahi/About the Position
We are seeking a talented and proactive person to join us in the key role of Business Administrator for our District Nursing and Speciality Clinics, working in a full-time permanent role and based from our Merivale office in Christchurch.
You will be at the front line, providing administrative support to both the Clinical Nurse Manager and Service Manager, with payroll, recruitment, roster management, file management, arranging meetings and note taking.

Key Aspects
Key aspects of this role will include general administration duties, supporting payroll processing, supporting business operations, coordinating meetings and recruitment.
You will also be a key link between HR, Payroll, IT and the operational team, assisting with low-level HR processes and ensuring that all steps of a process are accurately and efficiently completed.

He momo/About you
To be successful in this role, you will have at least three years' recent administrative experience, excellent organisational and people skills and a high level of autonomy. You will be proactive, with excellent IT and troubleshooting skills and a positive, friendly outlook. The ideal applicant will have working knowledge of HR, payroll, and health quality systems.
A flexible and positive attitude towards change is a must.
