NBPH is looking for an enthusiastic Business Administrator to be part of our dynamic team in the beautiful Nelson Tasman region. As the Primary Health Organisation (PHO) for the area, NBPH is committed to leading and coordinating essential primary health care for our community.

About the Role:
As a Business Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting our Executive Support Manager and assisting with diverse administrative functions. Based at our Richmond office, you'll tackle a variety of tasks such as:
Organising internal meetings and handling Health and Safety coordination
Coordinating travel arrangements, social media platforms, and website updates
Supporting policy reviews and working on projects alongside our Executive Leadership Team
What We're Looking For:
We're after an individual who is tech-savvy, organised, and motivated to make things happen. Our Ideal candidate will have:
Experience in administration, meeting agendas, and minute-taking
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and preferably experience with Canva or InDesign
A knack for managing multiple tasks, hitting deadlines, and working both independently and as part of a team
Experience with social media platforms and websites is a plus!
