You will work with a wide range of internal and external parties to execute go-to-market solutions.What are the key day-to-day tasks the person in this role will complete?Work closely with the wider Growth Sectors team to understand business priorities and identify opportunities to work with internal stakeholders and external partners to activate the various ways we interact with customers.Deliver training and support as required to lift internal awareness of growth propositions.Utilise customer and banker feedback to assist the ongoing development of propositions and activation strategies to deliver the best customer benefits.Assist the Activation Managers by contributing to the activation strategies and supporting the delivery into Partnership Banking channels.Host visitors to the Community101 shared workspace leveraging referral opportunities that might arise.Support marketing, communications, events, and business development activities for BNZ Partnership Banking teams.What attributes will this person have in order to be successful?Your engaging personality coupled with your ability to remain calm, self-motivated and providing the highest levels of service will ensure your success in this role. You'll be a team player who has excellent communication skills, with a huge desire to learn.
