We have a unique opportunity for a self motivated Field Service Technician to service the South West & Great Southern areas of WA. This is an opportunity to work from your home base and travel to site with the occasional need to come into the main office in Malaga, Perth WA. The main responsibilities will be servicing, fault-finding and breakdown requests however tasks do also include but are not limited to:
Identify all required parts and equipment to carry out service jobs.Carry out onsite repairs of hydraulic components inclusive of function/performance testing on customer equipment.Use Hydrotechnik and/or Hydac HMG data logging instruments to obtain customer product data to resolve faults or product performance.Complete and upload all service documentation using designated job management system.Complete daily Service Report, with attention to accuracy and detail of executed work and working times undertaken.Ensure all Service Reports for workshop work are detailed, including start/finish times.Liaise daily with Service Supervisor on recently completed, imminent and planned jobs.Ensure all equipment and tooling used is kept clean and in safe working order.Contribute positively to business operations and to opportunities to improve business processes.Travel to the Pilbara area where required.Perform other duties as directed from time to time to meet Bosch Rexroth business and operational requirements.Requirements: Australian Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen.Currently residing in Bunbury or the surrounding regions.Mechanical / Hydraulic fitter or equivalent tradesman Certificate.Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.Competent level of industrial hydraulic knowledge.High focus on quality & attention to detail.Ability to travel to multiple sites.What we offer: Permanent position with paid overtime.Tool of Trade vehicle & Fuel Card.Company laptop, and mobile phone.Employee Assistance Program.Social Club, events and team building.Staff discounts on Bosch and affiliated-brand products.Strong company culture and values.Agency Applications will not be accepted for this position.
