This role is responsible for the development, implementation & monitoring of engineering and productivity initiatives to drive improvements in the Engineering Services team.
What you will enjoy doing
Engineering and productivity initiatives focused on improving the maintenance, reliability, refurbishment & cost effectiveness of the NZ Bulk Fleet
You will be proactively managing the end-end (planned & corrective) maintenance of the NZ Bulk fleet & supporting corrective maintenance in accordance with all local and Linde regulations and standards
You will develop, review and improve ES metrics and performance to drive improvement
In addition, you will be the first point of technical and planning support for the maintenance contractor network
Furthermore, support NZ Customer Maintenance & Business Managersin achieving the ES business strategy
What makes you great
You have at least 2 years minimum experience in either of the following: maintenance planning, reliability engineering, process engineering or equivalent plant/production engineering experience
Experience with cryogenic, pressure equipment, rotating equipment, E&I and/or hazardous substances is highly favorable
Further, you have experience within a manufacturing/industrial/dairy industry is highly favorable
Previous experience interfacing with workshops or field services is highly favorable
Data analysis, reporting & tracking using local/cloud based digital platforms
Also you have a mechanical engineering degree or similar
