Bulk Driver - Bitumen

Come and join our Rotorua Chip Sealing crew! We are currently looking for a bulk bitumen driver to pick up, deliver and transfer bitumen across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions to our teams out onsite.
We're looking for a candidate who has a great attitude, strong work ethic and wants to contribute and refine their skills as part of our team. You will be part of a nationally recognized sealing crew, supervised by one of the best leaders in the business.
We have a healthy forward workload in the Waikato/Bay of plenty with potential for work across the North Island. You'll get accommodation provided and generous non-taxable away from home allowance per day when you travel!
What knowledge / experience / qualifications are we after? Class 5 license with Dangerous Goods ticket preferred (DG can be obtained for the right candidate) Ability to work unsupervised and as apart of a team where needed Ability to travel outside of Waikato/BOP on occasion Good communication skills and high Health and Safety Standards If you have previously operated bitumen sprayers or have chipseal experience this will be highly advantageous but training can be provided for the right candidate.
We are currently based in Rotorua but there is potential to based out of our Tauranga yard.

We offer a guaranteed 40 working week, and a competitive hourly rate. Some Saturday
work will be required from time to time as required for the project, particularly during the summer.
You're big on Health & Safety in the workplace, dedicated to working safe and going home safe - and you expect the same of your work mates. All candidates will be required to undergo a pre employment drug and alcohol test.
