Naylor Love is shaping the future of construction in New Zealand; join our team today and love your job tomorrow.The opportunityWe are seeking a motivated and driven Building Services Manager who has experience in a similar position with a main contractor and the skills to deliver a professional standard of customer service while maintaining a positive and cooperative attitude towards clients.For this role, you will require a strong mechanical and/or electrical background to help with new builds, new base build services, and excellent communication skills to liaise with trades and sub-contractors. You will have an excellent knowledge of the core service disciplines and associated New Zealand Building Code Standards.You will coordinate with the site teams, supervise building services trade installations, and maintain daily oversight of the services programme status and quality, acting proactively on exceptions.
