In this role, you'll support the Building Services Team to ensure all building service installations are completed to a high standard.Key Responsibilities:Review tender documents and provide advice to the pre-construction team on allowances and completeness, working closely with Trade Partners and consultants.Manage the delivery of service design elements, ensuring they align with the design brief and project requirements.Support the delivery team by managing RFIs, leading service meetings, conducting site inspections, and providing internal reports.Act as a liaison between the project team, Trade Partners, and consultants to ensure clear communication and effective issue resolution.Review shop drawings to identify constructability challenges and opportunities for value engineering.Develop and oversee commissioning plans to ensure smooth and compliant project closeouts.Manage BIM requirements to support efficient project delivery on site.Ensure health and safety compliance while delivering projects on time, within budget, and exceeding client expectations.Skills and Experience:Previous experience as a Building Services Coordinator or in a similar rolePrevious experience in installation of building services across mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and fireExperience in medium to large scale commercial constructionProficient with technical documentation and document controlStrong organisational and time management abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsRelevant tertiary qualification in Electrical, Hydraulic, or Mechanical EngineeringBenefits:Flexible working optionsHealth insuranceOngoing development opportunities with our in-house Sports Psychologist, Software Trainers, and moreCareer and personal development highly encouraged and supportedA positive work/life balanceInclusive and supportive team environmentAccess to exciting and diverse projectsCompetitive salary package, including a laptop and phoneComplimentary access to EAP ServicesEqual Opportunities Employer and proud Diversity Works Member
