The hospital employs over 350 highly skilled and trained staff to ensure patients receive high quality care.Southern Cross Healthcare is seeking a Building Services Coordinator to assist the Facilities Manager with the day-to-day operations of our hospital facilities. This role is crucial in maintaining the functionality of hospital plant systems, including boilers, chillers, pumps, medical gases, and lighting. The Building Services Coordinator will work closely with the Christchurch Facilities Team and external contractors, oversee preventive maintenance, and ensure a safe, compliant environment.The ideal candidate will have a background in facilities management and building services, with strong technical and coordination skills.
