As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll support the Building Services Team to ensure all building service installations are completed to a high standard.
We offer flexibility regarding your location, with opportunities available in Otago, Queenstown, Wanaka, Auckland, or Canterbury.
Responsibilities:Processing documentation promptly as requiredReviewing designs and managing coordinationCollaborating with the Building Services and Project Teams for successful project executionCoordinating with Trade Partners to schedule work and provide necessary paperworkOrganising and attending client and site coordination meetingsReviewing Consultant and Trade Partner proposalsCompiling Operation and Maintenance (O&M) documentationSkills and Experience:Previous experience as a Services Coordinator or in a similar roleProficient with technical documentation and document controlStrong organisational and time management abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in large-scale commercial constructionRelevant tertiary qualification in Electrical, Hydraulic, or Mechanical EngineeringAbout UsBeginning in Dunedin with modest roots, Cook Brothers Construction has experienced significant growth over the past nineteen years.
