The opportunity
Services professionals and Building Sciences Graduates - Learn the fundamentals of services and work on New Zealand's most exciting vertical projects.
Based in our Wellington office, the successful candidate will work with our Building Services Team and be involved in construction projects that cover a broad range of build sectors including commercial, healthcare, education and retail.
The successful candidate will gain valuable exposure of planning techniques used during the full life cycle of projects from tender stage through to completion, while completing our much sought-after Cadetship programme in Building Services.
Minimum Requirements:
To be considered for this opportunity candidates must have a genuine interest in construction and forging a successful career within this field. Candidates should hold a building services or construction qualification, or be working towards one, and have gained at least three years' experience working within a building services or main contracting environment.
A Building Services Cadet
As a Building Services Cadet, you will be mentored under the direction of experienced Building Services Manager. By undertaking assigned projects, you will learn the methodology and programme performance standards, on live projects. This role would suit individuals who wish to experience construction processes in action within a supportive team-based environment.
