ABOUT THE ROLE - NGA AHUATANGA O TE TURANGA
Our District is experiencing exciting new growth and we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual who is ready to join our team of highly skilled Building Management Officers. In this role, you will be processing building consents, ensuring compliance with applicable building codes and supporting customers with a variety of queries relating to consent applications. If you are driven by work where no two days are the same, this could be the opportunity for you.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-orientated individual who has:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Document management expertise
A customer-focussed mindset
Some familiarity with current building legislation
