If you take pride in your work and have a passion for providing top-notch service, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings and grounds, ensuring safety and efficiency.Perform repairs on carpentry, plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and HVAC units.Paint, gib fixing and gib stopping, and repair structural components as needed.Inspect buildings for safety and maintenance issues.Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs promptly.Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.Collaborate with other maintenance staff and contractors as needed.The right applicant will have:Trade qualifiedMinimum three years in a commercial and or residential trades environmentStrong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry workGreat communication skillsUnderstanding of field-based software systemsThe ability to work as part of a team or unsupervisedAs part of the recruitment process, you will be required to undertake a pre-employment drug test and Ministry of Justice check.What's on offer:Competitive wageMedical insurance after 12 months of serviceParental leave top-up payments for 10 weeks for primary caregiversPersonal and professional development pathwaysA fun and collaborative cultureThere is flexibility with the start date; the successful candidate can begin as soon as possible or on January 13, 2025.
