The Building Control Officer - Inspections is responsible for delivering high quality technical advice on all aspects of the building consent process to ensure alignment with the Building Consent Authority (BCA). You will review, evaluate and inspect building work, and research, analyse and assess building methods and products. This role will assist in developing and implementing policy and procedures, in addition to undertaking technical and quality audits.
This role is classified as 'health sensitive' and 'safety sensitive' so the successful candidate will be required to undergo and pass a pre-employment health check and drug test.
