Building Associate

About Us:
WESTCOURT CONTRACTORS LIMITED is a provider in road construction, repair, and sealing services across New Zealand. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Building Associate to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of road construction, repair, and sealing projects.
Support senior project managers and engineers in day-to-day operations.
Coordinate with various teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Maintain a high standard of work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.
Monitor the progress of construction projects and report any issues to management.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
NZQF Diploma or equivalent OR at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above.
Strong understanding of construction techniques and materials.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
