Our client renovates properties with good banter along the way and is looking for a reliable construction worker (qualified, apprentice, or labourer considered) to join the team as an employee or, if you are a contractor wanting work, they are open to that too!
What will you be doing?
We renovate properties that we own and therefore you will be doing:
Demolition and ripping out old fixtures, walls, or flooring to make way for the new.
Constructing walls and frameworks.
Properly fitting doors and windows.
Building decks and pergolas to enhance outdoor spaces.
Installing cabinetry and shelving.
Various general labour tasks to bring projects to completion.

Hands-on experience to learn the ins and outs of property investment and renovation while working on projects in a prime location.
We're looking for someone who can pass a drug test, has a full NZ driver's licence, and brings their own basic set of tools.
