BackgroundPCB are a small to medium size West Australian contracting company delivering projects for various mining and resources companies throughout remote Western Australia. Specifically, PCB specialise in the construction of modular mining camps.Job OverviewMajority of PCB's staff are employed on a full-time basis, but at times PCB needs to quickly increase numbers to keep up with project schedules. Accordingly, we are looking to explore the NZ labour market for suitable candidates to do multiple stints commencing in November 24 working in Western Australia.Candidate ProfileAlthough the work is not traditional carpentry, most PCB employees have a carpentry background as these skills can easily be applied to the tasks. Accordingly, we are looking to engage with KIWI carpenters & builders who are interested in the role.RequirementsSuccessful candidates will need to pass both a full medical and drug & alcohol screening prior to being engaged and regularly once on site.Time Frame / Roster & Work Hours- Time Frame: November 24 ongoing, observing Christmas shutdowns between Dec 20 and Jan 10.- Rosters: Generally 14 days on site, 7 days off site, negotiable swings up to 21 days onsite are available on most projects.- Work hours: Generally 6 – 6 daily (12 hours), including a 15-minute paid smoko and a 30-minute unpaid lunch (11.5 hours paid).What's Included When OnsiteAll items listed below are free of charge:- All employees will have their own ensuite room in a camp near the worksite.- Camp has gym, pool & recreation facilities.- All food is supplied (high quality & quantity).- 4 mid-strength beers can be purchased for $5 per person per day.Remuneration$55-$65 per hour (negotiable)7-day payment terms (weekly pay).How to ApplyEmail a CV to ****** would prefer to review a current list of work/projects and a description of why you believe you are suitable for the role rather than an outdated CV.
