We seek individuals who thrive in this environment and embrace significant challenges without hesitation.About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Build Project Manager to join the Tait Systems team on a fixed-term basis to December 2026, leading and managing multiple site build projects to ensure their successful completion within the programme framework.Reporting to the Head of Build, your role will be responsible for setting stakeholder expectations, defining project outcomes, and overseeing project execution to meet objectives related to scope, cost, time, quality and stakeholder satisfaction. This role also involves rigorous risk management, quality assurance and close collaboration with the Site Acquisition and Design Teams.Your key responsibilities will include:Set and manage stakeholder expectations.Define and agree project outcomes with the project sponsor before proceeding with a project.Plan and control the execution of projects in such a way as to achieve predetermined objectives of scope, cost, time, quality and stakeholder satisfaction.Lead and manage projects as per the Company project management procedures and guidelines.Ensure project plans clearly identify deliverables, time frames, milestones, resource and budgetary implications, performance, and quality requirements.Identify and manage risks, issues and decisions.Close out project with post project review and communicate the results.Manage open work in progress (WIP) and close projects in a timely manner.Health and Safety - Eliminate, isolate or minimise any hazards, in particular any unusual hazards identified by the project team.Work closely with the Site acquisition and Design Teams to ensure correct information is provided for acquisition purposes.To find out more about the role, please download the position description from the bottom of this page.About YouWe are keen to hear from individuals with the following skills:8+ years' experience in Project Management, preferably in the technology / telecommunications sector.Good understanding of Mobile / LMR networks and DMR SystemsStrong problem solving, collaboration and communication skills.This is an important role, managing a high volume of sites and working closely with a range of stakeholders. We're looking for a proactive individual, able to take ownership of problems and develop solutions. Teamwork is also highly valued.
