Work is performed outdoors, exposed to weather; must be capable of doing physically strenuous labor for long hours, occasionally in extreme heat or cold.
Variable weather conditions apply; hours may fluctuate (+/-), possible downtime and/or overtime.
Begin/report to work: 1683 Route 213, Rifton, Ulster County, NY 12471 @ $17.93/hr.
Employer will transport workers daily between report to work address and additional worksites.Must walk substantially (up to 15 miles/day), also stoop, bend while carrying a pack (up to 50lbs) through rough terrain (non-trail).
On-the-job training available.
All applicants must be able, willing, and qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified and work throughout all areas of intended employment.Minimum Requirements: No education or experience required.Hours: Monday- Friday 7AM-7PM.
35 plus hours/week not including applicable lunch and/or breaks.
OT $26.90/Hour up to possible $45.00/Hour.Single workweek will be used to compute wages due.
Workers will be paid weekly on Friday.
All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.Optional, shared housing available at no cost to the worker.Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.3/4s Guarantee: The worker will be offered a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of each 6-week period.H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period.
Employer agrees to reimburse inbound transportation and subsistence expenses (subsistence is $15.88/day minimum without receipts up to a maximum $59/day with receipts) from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether abroad or in the US, to the place of employment.
