The role
The key responsibilities for this role include:
Provide new business quotes to domestic and SME commercial clients
Renewal of domestic and SME commercial policies and assistance with larger commercial renewals
Day-to-day servicing of existing clients
Assistance with lodgement and management of insurance claims during high volume periods
About you
To be successful in this role you must have:
The ability to interact with clients with confidence and commitment to delivering superior service
Excellent attention to detail
Competency with MS Office suite and aptitude in learning new systems
A commitment to ongoing professional development
Previous experience in a Fire & General Broker Support role
Completed Level 5 qualification or be currently working towards completion
