We are a member of the NZbrokers network.About the roleTo provide insurance operational and administration support dedicated Broker(s) to enable them to deliver high quality professional risk and insurance advice and solutions to its clientsThis is a full time role, working 37.5hrs a week.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare for all renewals in a timely fashionRequest from Broker all necessary renewal information and documentation required from clients, including renewal declarations Scan files to ensure accuracy and consistency of any information received from servicing personnel, especially in regard to claims history and risk detail Remarket insurances when requested to do so Have clients complete proposals where requested or needed Receiving back final instructions from the Broker, and amending any covers accordingly before effecting renewal, communicating to the Broker any alterations in terms that might arise Prepare and send out invoices in accordance with Company Policy Send out client policies, insurance certificates or insurance schedules/manuals in accordance with Company Policy When required to communicate with clients, insurance markets, claims assessors or other connections of the Company, to ensure that the Company's standards and reputation are sustained and developed in line with ICIB BROKERWEB marketing and service standards.
Claims: KnowledgeDemonstrated capacity for working in a similar role within the Financial Services / insurance / banking industry advantageous.Competent in Microsoft word, excel (Intermediate to advance) and Outlook.Who you areStrong time management and organisational skillsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritise, organisation skills – team focusedGood interpersonal skills - the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externallyQualificationsWorking towards or achieved level 5 New Zealand certificate in financial services.
