Broker Support - General Insurance

This is a permanent position, full-time Monday to Friday with flexible working arrangements.Qualifications & experienceA person who is organised, works systematically and great at time management and can assess priorities to ensure key requirements of the role and milestones are met.Excellent client and customer service skills.Ability to build relationships working effectively with and through team members to support client needs.A People first team approach, to work, for clients, colleagues and providers.A self-starter, takes initiative, but understands the boundaries relating to advice giving.Growth mind-set – open to change and continuous learning.High level of attention to detail.Strong support experience - ideally 2 years minimum experience in a similar Broker Support role or equivalent insurance industry role.Tasks & responsibilitiesProvide excellent client administration services including ensuring insurance documentation, for new business and renewals are delivered on time and credit checks, alterations and cancellations are managed and completed.Client database and records are up to date.Customer service through email and by phone, providing information (not advice) and answering queries.Create reports using MS Office suite.Keeping up to date and good working knowledge of current products your client base already has in place. #J-18808-Ljbffr
