Due to the nature of our client base, you will need to be fluent in English, Mandarin or Cantonese. You need to have exceptional attention to detail and communication skills to provide both administrative support to Brokers and assistance to our clients regarding account, cover and policy queries.We value enthusiasm and a passion for learning, so while previous insurance experience will be an added advantage, it is not a must as we will provide full training and support to ensure your success in the role.Take the first step towards a successful future in the industry and seize this opportunity to learn, grow, and make a difference in the lives of our clients.How you'll make an impactResolve client queries (account and cover queries and policy amendments)Assist the Broker with administration to ensure client requirements are met and policies are renewed on timeProcess alterations, endorsements and set up new policies and finance agreementsProvide support to the client when the Broker is unavailablePrepare and dispatch renewal letters (including declarations, rating charts/underwriter placing's) after consultation with the BrokerAssist the Broker with the collection of premiums within the required timeframePrepare underwriter submissions and client reports for new businessSkills and Experience:Experience in the insurance industry or a customer service roleMust be able to communicate fluently (verbal and written) in English as well as Mandarin or CantoneseThe ability to build and maintain enduring relationships with clients and team membersHighly organised and efficient with a strong attention to detailAbility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environmentCompetent/advanced user of Microsoft OfficeA Certificate in Financial Services (NZQA Level 5) is required for this role, however, we understand that not all candidates may already possess this qualification.
