Mo te tunga | About the role This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours from 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday. You'll work directly with the Bright Futures team; but as part of a wider administrative team in Napier. ?
The role requires you to have experience in ECE administration and provide a high level of support to the ECE Educational Manager, Finance and Administration Manager, Educators and families.
You will be the key go-to person for Educators and families helping out with enrolments, administration of weekly payments, invoicing and supporting their needs.
The role requires someone that likes variety and has an eye for detail and has exceptional time management and organisational skills.
This is a permanent role working Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm at our main office in Napier.

Is tech savvy, having experience in childcare management systems, ideally Discover, with strong IT proficiency in Word and Excel. Has strong organisational and administration skills and attention to detail. Has outstanding customer service with the ability to build rapport with a range of people. Has excellent time management skills, can easily prioritise work and is active in solving problems. Is flexible, adaptable and shows an open willingness to step in and support others as required. Has knowledge of WINZ funding entitlements and Ministry of Education Funding Handbook and reporting and audit requirements; or the willingness to learn and seek out the answers. Has experience with accounts, invoices and debt management. Loves to work as part of a thriving team supporting each other and the broader community of Hawke's Bay. He aha ai matou? | Why us?
