Number of vacancies : 2 Job location: Auckland Employment type : full-time, permanent Minimum Hours per week : 30 hours per week Job duties: Studying plans and specifications to determine materials required, dimensions and installation procedures; Erecting and dismantling restricted height scaffolding; Sealing foundations with damp-resistant materials and spreading layers of mortar to serve as base and binder for blocks using trowels Laying concrete in surfaces and shapes, and spreading mortar between joints; Embedding concrete blocks in mortar and removing excess mortar; Checking vertical and horizontal alignment; Shaping and polishing concrete using machines and hand tools, and shaping to fit irregular spaces; Repairing and maintaining cement blocks and related structures.
Job pre-requisites: Relevant experience is highly desired.
Being able to complete the job duties independently and within required timeframe.
Eyes for details and a hard-working attitude.
Being physically fit.
