Within the Supply Chain team, we are empowered to make a difference by delivering best-in-class solutions. As part of this exciting venture, we are seeking a Brewery Operations Director to join our Supply Chain Leadership team. Reporting through to our NZ Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding performance results across our NZ brewery network, driving a world-class, customer-focused operation.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

People Leader: Ability to coach for performance, ensuring accountability, and driving results through your team.

Strategic Mindset: Big picture thinking, with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive long-term success.

Data & Digital Literacy: Early adopting of innovative technology, particularly within Automations, and the ability to make strong data-driven business decisions.

Change Management: Proven experience driving large change and influencing people and teams to achieve outstanding results.

Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial data and delivering sustainable commercial outcomes that generate value.

Technical Expertise: Strong background in FMCG manufacturing at a senior level, with experience in TPM and delivering strategic initiatives.
