Breakfast Cook

Oakridge Resort is looking for an experienced and reliable Breakfast Cook to manage the preparation and service of breakfast items for our guests. This role involves delivering high-quality food while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook breakfast items according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
Set up and organize the kitchen for breakfast service, ensuring ingredients and equipment are ready and in place.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion sizes, ensuring standards are met.
Follow food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout breakfast service.
Restock and manage inventory for breakfast items, notifying the head chef of any shortages or ordering needs.
Assist with kitchen clean-up and organization post-service, preparing for the following day.
Respond to guest requests or dietary needs professionally and courteously.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
Knowledge of culinary techniques, with a focus on breakfast preparation.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
