Brand Management (Marketing & Communications) Nibblish is a brand delivering innovative fruit products into more than 2000 mainstream supermarkets in New Zealand and Australia. We work with Foodstuffs and Woolworths locally but also Coles, Woolworths and Costco in Australia. We are a leading brand in our category and have plans to grow with innovative NPD into new and existing customers. We are looking to expand our team with a Brand or Senior Brand Manager who can bring experience from a product-based business to take us to the next level. While the initial remit will cover the usual marketing functions of driving shopper activation and brand and revenue growth, the key difference in this role is the ability to work with the CEO and CFO to shape the strategy of the business and play a material role in its success. The job description will be driven by the capability and drive of the successful applicant and not only by the gap we need you to fill. Alongside this, we can accommodate people initially looking for part-time work; if that's you, just let us know when you apply. Nibblish has a strong NPD pipeline, and you will have responsibility for its ongoing development and management. Accordingly, you will have similar NPD experience, ideally from time working in the trans-Tasman grocery industry; however, experience in a product-led business could also be considered. You will have been directly responsible for the brand growth of a business but understand that as a small business we will not simply be undertaking big budget ATL campaigns but hustling hard to acquire new consumers. This is also not a role where we can rely on outsourcing to agencies. While we do work with some agencies in some areas, the expectation is that we will own the brand internally. Our expectation is that the successful person will have at least 3 years experience but could also have 10+ years experience. The role and salary will flex to meet the experience of the successful applicant. We are a small, tight-knit team that operates from a great office in the heart of Havelock North. We are also a family-centric business and believe that work fits around family and not the other way around. So if you need to work from home from time to time, we understand. We have fun, and coffee is a major part of the business continuity strategy. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand? How many years' experience do you have as a brand manager? How many years' experience do you have in a marketing role? What's your expected annual base salary? #J-18808-Ljbffr
