Your Role: As Brand Manager for Weet-Bix, you will: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to grow brand equity.
Lead product innovations and go-to-market strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns that inspire.
Analyse consumer trends, sales data, and market insights to make informed decisions.
Manage budget, media planning, and promotional activities.
Strengthen Weet-Bix's digital presence and community engagement.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in brand management within FMCG (essential).
Proven track record in leading successful marketing campaigns and driving brand growth.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of market trends.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
A deep understanding of the New Zealand market and a passion for health and wellness.
