The Role :
We're looking for a passionate and hands-on Brand Manager to be the driving force behind our marketing efforts. In this unique role, you will be the sole marketing person in-house, reporting directly to a supportive CEO. You'll work alongside a small, close-knit team, and you'll play a critical part in making our special team shine and raising the profile of our eco-cleaning brand (B2C) and service division (B2B).
If you've got a few years of marketing experience, love creative copywriting, and are skilled with Canva and social media platforms, this role is for you! And for the right person, we're open to part-time hours (such as school hours). More than anything, we're looking for someone with an amazing attitude who's eager to make a difference.
Key Responsibilities :
Brand Storytelling: Help share the stories of our incredible team and their work, raising awareness of our mission and creating meaningful connections with our audience.
Social Media Management: Create and manage engaging content across our social media channels to grow our brand and connect with our community.
Content Creation: Develop copy and visuals (with Canva) for a variety of marketing materials, including social posts, blogs, email newsletters, and product launches.
Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, sales, and brand awareness.
Website Management: Keep our website up-to-date with fresh content, product info, and promotional campaigns to ensure a great customer experience.
Collaborations: Identify and manage partnership and collaboration opportunities with like-minded brands to expand our reach and grow our impact.
Trade Marketing: Support the Head of Sales with trade marketing activities, including product promotions and retail support.
Skills & Experience :
2+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of delivering creative and effective marketing campaigns.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand content.
Proficiency in Canva for creating marketing visuals and design assets.
Experienced in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Email marketing experience, including campaign planning and execution.
Experience managing websites (Shopify) is a plus.
A self-starter who's comfortable working in a fast-paced, small team environment and who is super organised.
Someone who is prepared to step outside the job description and roll up their sleeves to help out if needed in other areas such as event management or project management.
