The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists to join Nestlé, the world's leading food and beverage company, as part of the New Zealand Marketing Team working within a high performing, collaborative and supportive environment that embraces diversity and flexibility.
In the role of Brand Manager – Infant Nutrition, you will work on one of New Zealand's most well known and loved infant formula brand, S-26. You will play a key role in the development and execution of the New Zealand marketing plans which encompass both consumer & shopper fronts as well as working with a high performing team.
A day in the life…
Reporting to the Head of Marketing – New Zealand, you will be joining at an exciting time as you will be ramping up innovation and putting together strong plans to accelerate brand performance in New Zealand which will include:
Creating and implementing growth strategies for the brands
End to end management of innovation & renovation projects
Planning, implementing, and delivering compelling brand and shopper integrated campaigns
Cross functional team engagement to ensure flawless execution of plans in market
Review and optimise brand, portfolio & campaign performance based on data and insights

You thrive in a demanding, fast paced team environment.
Degree qualified in Marketing, Business Management, or other related fields
Previous Consumer Health, Pharmaceutical or FMCG Brand Management experience
Demonstrated experience in new product development and development of TTL marketing campaigns
Significant interpersonal, networking and relationship skills with a proven ability to engage and influence at all levels
Previous experience in a matrixed organisation ideal, with a diverse local cross-functional team and Global stakeholders preferred
A strong ability to understand insights and translate into innovative plans
Articulate, inspiring communication verbal and through presentation to bring others on the journey
