Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales and Marketing Brand Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to promote our brands, increase market share, and drive sales growth.You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and management teams to ensure a cohesive and successful approach to market positioning and customer engagement.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and achieve business objectives.Manage and optimize brand positioning and messaging across all channels.Assist with the development of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, events, and product launches.Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and support the achievement of sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and commercial end users.Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including webinars, presentations, and online content.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives to NSL management and our vendor partners.Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximum ROI.Achieve set targets within Brand guidelines.Maintain existing accounts.Identify and grow new market opportunities.What you need to bring to the role:Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior sales role preferably within the audio-visual or technology industry.Strong understanding of brand management.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.Demonstrated success in developing and executing initiatives that drive sales growth.Strong leadership & interpersonal skills, with experience managing and developing a team.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.The ability to create and implement key sales and marketing strategies, presenting outcomes to NSL management.
