We have a very exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager to join Giltrap Group and lead the Geely NZ team in New Zealand.About the roleYour main responsibilities will be to maximize the long-term financial contribution of Geely NZ to the Giltrap Group, and ensure the achievement of financial objectives while adhering to Geely brand guidelines.
In this role, you will:Develop and implement strategic plans, including marketing metrics.Ensure competitive pricing and profitability of the brand by maintaining accurate records of monthly targets, costs, and marketing plans.Maximize enquiry levels to dealerships throughout New Zealand through dynamic marketing initiatives.Oversee the implementation and operation of e-commerce solutions, providing support to dealerships.Implement and maintain a sound Sales and Service NPS, ensuring monthly reporting to dealerships.Attract, develop, and retain top talent.Develop a trusted relationship with Geely and ensure timely and accurate factory reporting.Use technology and process improvement to deliver better quality outcomes and maximize financial contributions.Formulate and implement marketing plans for new car launches and promotions in collaboration with the Marketing Team.About youOur ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with significant management experience and a passion for the automotive industry.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:Strong leadership and management skills, with proven experience in managing a high performing team.Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.Strategic thinking and financial acumen.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.What we offerWhen you join Giltrap Group, you're joining a leading automotive company.
