The Role:
We are looking for someone with a hunger for bringing our vision to life. You will be an integral member of the portfolio and marketing team, contributing to driving profitable growth across our well-known and loved brands.
This role will be responsible for driving profitable growth and brand strategy for CSR Sugar. This is a 12-month parental leave contract reporting into the Marketing Manager for In-Home Baking.

What you'll do:
Drive and execute existing strategic plan
Lead and deliver insight-led communication and activation plans, executing with brilliance in market
Challenger mindset to driving brand growth in marketing activities. Development and implementation of high-impact marketing to drive long & short-term uplifts
What you need:
4+ years of brand marketing experience gained within the FMCG/Consumer Goods industry
Degree qualified in a relevant discipline – Business, Marketing, Communications highly regarded
Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects
Experience in leading NPD projects - commercial acumen highly regarded
Experience in brand equity, digital, social and shopper activation campaigns highly regarded
Strong internal and external stakeholder management
Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills with a genuine passion for the consumer foods industry
