You'll contribute to broader marketing procedures and manage programs designed to capture customer attention and boost interest in our products and services.About the Role | Mo te TurangaLead the Marketing Strategy, ensuring that all marketing activity supports the strategic pillars and the growth ambition for FreshChoice (WDL).Oversee the execution of end to end marketing plans and campaigns, including strategy, planning, design, execution, measurement and review.Lead and manage team performance and development for the FreshChoice marketing team ensuring objective achievement, skill development and the creation of a positive team culture.Utilise insights and research, internal reporting, consumer trends and CREST segmentation, to ensure that FreshChoice is relevant to the consumer.Manage all marketing financial activity, including but not limited to, budgets, expenditure, reporting, and ensure that all expenditures are effective use of the Marketing budget.About You | MouAn inspiring and charismatic leader, you will love the pace of retail and have deep Marketing experience.To be successful in this role you will have:15+ years of Brand and Marketing experienceProven strategic/planning capability and experience5+ years working within a Franchise networkProven excellence in driving the best commercial outcomes for our business to deliver share, sales and NPS for brand.Proven track record and experience in leading and developing high performing teams and cross-functional teams, building capability by providing a great safe environment in which teams can grow and thrive.Passionate about and able to translate customer insight & strategic focus into action & business outcomes.A practical understanding of the levers of brand and retail marketing with strong commercial acumen.Displays confidence and experience to present, persuade and sell to senior executive leaders in the business and in group.If you're the sort of individual who strives to always do the right thing for customers, team, our communities, and our business then we ought to connect.We are open to candidates Auckland or Christchurch based.Working with Woolworths NZ | Me mahi tahi tatou ki Woolworths NZOur purpose is to make Kiwis' lives a little better every day.
