As our Brand Events Manager , you'll be at the forefront of crafting unforgettable experiences within our sponsorship and events portfolio.
Your mission?
To unleash potential through innovative cross-promotional strategies and branding initiatives, all while championing sustainability.
You'll lead the charge in executing contractual rights, propelling market share and volume growth to new heights.
What you will do: Assist the Senior Brand Experience Manager in creating a 1 & 3-year sponsorship and events strategy that aligns with the broader DB portfolio strategy.
Seek and secure new sponsorship opportunities, renegotiate existing contracts, and manage relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
Ensure all brand experiences and activations reflect the brand's identity and adhere to contractual terms, serving as a brand guardian throughout all initiatives.
Oversee end-to-end event management, including project planning, budget management, risk assessments, and onsite coordination, ensuring successful execution.
Evaluate event performance, track sponsorship effectiveness, and provide accurate reporting on sales volumes to support continuous improvement.
Develop and execute sustainability plans for all events, aligning with Heineken's Greener initiative to minimise environmental impact.
Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, conduct risk assessments for all brand experience activations, and manage compliance with relevant legislation.
Actively manage DB's event infrastructure, including logistics, inventory control, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operation during events.
Leverage cross-promotional and branding opportunities across ATL and BTL channels to maximise brand visibility and engagement.
Proactively share market intelligence and insights related to sponsorship and events with Channel Marketing and On-Premise specialists to enhance overall brand strategy.
What we're looking for: Ability to work outside of standard hours noting hours of work can be influenced by event requirement A creative thinker with a flair for crafting memorable experiences.
Strong project management skills to juggle multiple events and stakeholders seamlessly.
