The ASB Brand and Marketing Practice are recruiting for a Brand Campaigns Manager who is passionate about championing the ASB brand.
In this role, you will take ownership of executing key brand, community and sponsorship initiatives, ensuring that our brand is effectively communicated across all platforms. You will have solid analytical skills and be confident to report on the effectiveness of these initiatives while collaborating closely with our broader marketing team to ensure optimum brand impact.
As the subject matter expert of the ASB brand, you'll have a great creative eye, manage allocated budgets, cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, and work closely with our creative and media agencies. You will also be an excellent communicator. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining brand consistency across all communications, ensuring that all communications meet our brand guidelines.
You will be tasked with bringing creativity and innovation to our campaigns, ensuring they are not only effective but also of the highest creative standard.
For this role, our ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of marketing, advertising, or industry-related experience, showcasing strong communication and brand expertise, particularly within service industries or agencies.
You should have a proven track record in campaign strategy and implementation across both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) communications, along with experience in budget management. Exceptional relationship-building skills are essential, as you will engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
The ability to maintain composure under pressure and prioritize impactful initiatives is crucial. Additionally, excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to translate complex information into accessible formats, influencing diverse audiences. A keen attention to detail and a strategic mindset will enable you to produce high-quality outputs within tight deadlines and confidently present to a broad range of stakeholders.
