Position: Brand & Business Growth Manager
We are seeking a confident and motivated Brand & Business Growth Manager to join our business. This hybrid role combines management, sales, and brand marketing, offering the opportunity to lead all aspects of our expanding business.
About Us:
Family-owned wellness company. We operate several salons in Auckland that offer professional massage therapy, hot and cold therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and red light therapy. Additionally, we are expanding into the sales, hire, and international distribution of hyperbaric oxygen chambers.
What You Will Do:
Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and potential customers, driving engagement and sales.
Manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
Implement marketing strategies to grow brand awareness for both our services and products.
Confidently represent the brand at industry events, network, and build strong relationships.
Lead the promotion and sales of hyperbaric oxygen chambers in New Zealand (and eventually internationally).
Oversee daily operations across multiple locations.
