We are primarily an experience and innovation brand so need you to work with us to really bring this to life.Whilst you will optimise a marketing strategy for the Group across the APAC region, your primary focus will be on clarifying our marketing activity in NZ, Singapore and Australia. You will continue to build on our strong brand presence, strengthening engagement and connection. You will be responsible for all branding, creative, digital marketing campaigns, and any other activities related to Marketing.A snapshot of your role:Brand Development: Lead the evolution of all creative initiatives to enhance brand recognition and positioning across APAC.Optimise Capability Group's APAC Marketing Strategy.Content strategy execution: develop and oversee the creation and management of engaging content across digital channels, such as websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.Develop various strategy implementation plans and kick off execution of these in each market / each industry.Website management: enhance engagement and consistently update with new and relevant information. Ensure SEO is evolving and delivering results.Events: Actively seeking opportunities for key CGL people to speak and present at major conferences, contribute guest blog posts, or serve as interview sources for reporters and editors, ensuring that CGL is well represented at major industry functions and events.Digital advertising management: lead advertising efforts across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and LinkedIn.CRM & email marketing: oversee the development and management of email marketing campaigns aimed at driving customer engagement and loyalty.Team leadership: provide creative leadership to our creative and marketing team.Internal and external collaboration with partners: Work closely with our Business Development team and external partners to ensure consistent and aligned marketing efforts across all channels.Use insights to drive data-driven decision-making and craft marketing activity.Minimum Requirements:Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role at a senior level in a B2B environment sector.Prefer APAC region experience and/or experience of providing Marketing support to a NZ company growing offshore.Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar.Strong commercial & business acumen. You will need to understand how to drive business outcomes for our solutions including delivering on business KPI's and budget management.Be a confident communicator and presenter.Exceptional written communication skills.Demonstrated marketing strategy, thought leadership and execution experience.An eye for creative and innovative marketing opportunities.Proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with immaculate attention to detail.Skilled in using HubSpot CRM.
