Hato Hone St John is seeking a Brand and Marketing Coordinator to help drive marketing activities that support our brand and portfolio marketing team.
As the Brand and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating, coordinating, and delivering engaging marketing initiatives.
Your work will support our objectives for marketing engagement and revenue growth, ensuring that HHStJ continues to make a positive impact in the community.
You will assist the brand and marketing team in implementing annual activity plans to deliver effective brand and customer experiences, achieving our marketing objectives.
The coordinator will work closely with portfolio marketing managers and the Telecare and Training product teams to coordinate and manage trade shows and campaigns, ensuring successful execution.
This role will serve as the first point of contact for all brand and marketing inquiries, managing the brand inbox and collaborating with stakeholders to clarify requests.
Key Responsibilities Support the production and delivery of a variety of brand and marketing materials, including campaign advertising, newsletters, brochures, and merchandise to aid organisational objectives.
Coordinate and manage trade show presence including creating, ordering and securing effective materials, merchandise and support activity.
Create product promo codes in partnership with the public training and medical product teams and digital marketing to support promotional activities.
Assist the Brand and Marketing team with invoicing, purchase orders, and other financial tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping and budget tracking.
Work alongside the Activations & Promotions Coordinator to ensure timely and effective marketing delivery, keeping the shared campaign calendar up to date.
Maintain and update all content related to the Customer Experience & Marketing team on Heartbeat, ensuring it is engaging and relevant.
Attend and contribute to agency work-in-progress meetings, completing required action points to support project timelines.
Qualifications Ko wai koe - About you: To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience in a relevant field (e.g.
brand, product or tradeshow marketing, advertising, communications) desirable.
Strong relationship building skills and demonstrable experience building relationships with team members and across an organisation.
Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Technical aptitude, comfortable using or learning online ordering and CRM systems (eg.
Salesforce).
