Brand and Marketing Advisor Company: Department Of Conservation Job Type: Full Time Location: Christchurch, Canterbury Number of Applicants: 000+ Apply Now Job Description - Brand and Marketing Advisor Are you a brand and marketing professional motivated by the opportunity to drive conservation outcomes with one of Aotearoa New Zealand's best-known organisations? Are you audience-focused, solutions-oriented, and results-driven? Do you have experience delivering multi-channel campaigns and helping to build brands? This is a permanent role with flexible options; based in either Wellington or Christchurch. About the role: In this role, you will work with a variety of people within the organisation and externally to help implement DOC's brand strategy. You'll also play a key role in helping to scope, plan, and implement engaging regional or national campaigns and marketing activities. Drawing on your prior experience applying consumer insights and customer research, you will be part of a team whose work makes a valued and positive impact on DOC's brand and reputation. Skills and experience: Experience delivering multi-channel brand and marketing campaigns and strategies. Experience using research, data, and audience insights to contribute to effective marketing campaigns. Experience working with and upholding brand guidelines. Strong understanding of engagement, product, and behaviour change marketing. Delivering projects from conception to completion, including reporting. Highly collaborative, adaptable, and consultative - with successful experience working with a variety of stakeholders. Ability to analyse complex information from a variety of sources, identify opportunities, and provide impactful solutions. Strong organisational skills with proven ability to work at pace and manage several priorities simultaneously. A natural team-player with great written and verbal communication skills. Although not a requirement of the role, we're interested to hear if you have experience in sponsor or partner marketing. As a Treaty partner, an understanding of matauranga Maori and te ao Maori is important in our work. The full salary range for this position is $79,656 - $100,639, but the appointment will be between $79,656 - $92,700 with the starting salary of the successful applicant being based on their relevant skills and experience.
